With a thicker and deeper plate than competing brands, Vulcan griddles increase production capacity and have more surface area, thus improving ticket times. It is equipped with an embedded snap-action thermostat, used on Vulcan's heavy duty line but the only compact counter line restaurant series with the feature. It provides more precision control than a surface mounted thermostat. The valve design helps to protect users by completely shutting off all gas to pilot and burners if the supervised pilot extinguishes.

The low profile cook top is full of smart and intuitive details, including a full-width crumb tray to catch grease and debris for easier clean-up. Unlike other manufacturers who use sheet metal or aluminized steel burners, we built our Charbroiler off a 27" chassis with all cast iron burners, which are field-proven to last longer.

Made with best in class design, this product contains a two-piece burner ideal for all foodservice kitchens.
