Vulcan Product to be Featured in NAFEM WHAT'S HOT WHAT'S COOL Trend Galleries

Vulcan, the leading provider of commercial cooking equipment, will have two products featured in the WHAT’S HOT WHAT’S COOL trend galleries at the 2015 NAFEM Show from February 19-21, 2015 in Anaheim, CA: the PowerFry3™ fryer and the Custom Chain Griddle (VCCG). The galleries are designed to highlight new and fresh innovations in equipment and supplies for show attendees.

Recognized for its energy efficiency, the PowerFry3™ will be shown in the Community Responsibility trend gallery (booth #1220). The ENERGY STAR® qualified PowerFry3™ features a patented ThreePass™ Heat Exchanger which maximizes uniform heat transfer to the cooking oil, resulting in lower gas consumption and higher heat energy into the food. The addition of the KleenScreen PLUS® Filtration System also extends oil life by 200-400%.

Operators require equipment that they can count on. The VCCG will be highlighted in the Productivity, Efficiency & Precision trend gallery (booth #6020) for its reliability, productivity and speed. The ENERGY STAR® qualified VCCG delivers quick recovery times and even temperatures across the griddle plate, so operators are able to use the entire plate to cook great-tasting, consistent product every time. Each 12” high-performance cooking zone operates independently of adjacent sections to maximize production. The VCCG is fully customizable to an operator’s needs; with three different plate options, three grease trough locations, two types of burners and custom accessories and options available.

“It’s an honor to be included in the NAFEM trend gallery for offering innovative cooking equipment,” said Brenda Rice, Director of Marketing for Vulcan.  “The PowerFry3™ and VCCG exemplify our efforts to design equipment that seamlessly increases productivity, reduces energy costs, and delivers exceptional cooking results.”
