Offering all of the features found in our best-selling VC4 and VC6 gas convection oven, this award-winning energy efficient electric oven shines when it comes to energy efficiency. Coveted ENERGY STAR® certification means this powerful piece of restaurant equipment meets a minimum cooking energy efficiency of 70 percent (compared to 65 percent for traditional electric convection ovens) with an idle energy rate of 1.6 kW (compared to 2 kW for traditional electric convection ovens). The VC6 is equipped with an extra-deep oven cavity, ideal for bakeries.
