The Vulcan line of commercial electric convection ovens took a monumental leap forward by introducing the VC5E oven with best-in-class energy efficiency. But that's not all. The VC5 Series comes standard with these "hot" features: lift-off removeable doors for easy cleaning, simple dial controls with bright LED display and built-in diagnostics, lower exterior temperatures, cool-to-the touch door handles, and other smart design features.

 

As with all Vulcan Convection Ovens, our electric ovens offer the versatility your kitchen staff needs to prepare a varied menu with consistently great results. Featuring gentle air circulation and even heat distribution, these all-purpose All-Stars of the kitchen produce delicious, evenly-cooked, professional quality casseroles, meats, vegetables, sides and baked goods. Kitchen managers can also expect increased productivity with simple and intuitive controls, scalable capacity, and decreased operating costs and ENERGY STAR Certification on every Vulcan Gas Convection Oven model offered.
