This mid-size 36” wide gas range offers great versatility without taking up more than its share of space, with a burner-charbroiler combo (two 30,000 BTU/hr. burners and a 24-inch charbroiler) plus a convection oven.
In addition to range-top dishes from seared peaches to duck confit, this appliance lets you prepare foods with the look and flavor of direct-flame char that customers love. Grilled ribeye cooked to temperature with perfectly charred broccolini is perfect for any seasonal menu.
