The low profile VMG 24” griddle may not seem like much, but 576 square inches is a lot more cooking space than you might think. The cooking space has an independent burner for each of two cooking zones, allowing you to cook and hold foods at the right temperature before serving. Still there is no skimping on the 3½" wide stainless steel grease trough and large stainless steel grease trough to make sure you can keep your flat top clean and efficient throughout even the heaviest demands.
