The “Name the Range & Enter to Win” contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Vulcan (the “Sponsor”). The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period: Entries must be submitted during the official trade show event dates from May 16th through 19th of 2026.

How to Enter: Submit a proposed name for the featured Vulcan range via the official entry form at the event and sign up for our mailing list. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Winner Selection & Prize: One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a $500 voucher to use toward the purchase of Vulcan cooking equipment of $1000 or more. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. Voucher will be sent via email within one week and must be used within sixty (60) days of issuance and is valid only within the United States. No cash substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Rights in Submissions: By entering, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submission (including the proposed name) for marketing or other business purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

Privacy: Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
