Baltimore, MD – August 26, 2025 – Vulcan, a leading provider of commercial cooking equipment and a division of ITW Food Equipment Group, announces two strategic leadership appointments in sales and culinary, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and the customer experience.

Amber Pfohl joins Vulcan as senior director of sales. With more than a decade of experience in the foodservice industry, Pfohl will oversee all sales functions within Vulcan, including customer service, project and design, key accounts and street sales. Amber will partner closely with the ITW FEG sales force. Her leadership will be instrumental in continuing to drive organic growth and further enhance Vulcan’s reputation as easy to do business with.

Additionally, Jason Hovan has been named corporate chef, bringing more than 20 years of experience in culinary innovation, program development and team leadership. Hovan’s dynamic background positions him to lead Vulcan’s new culinary strategy, including elevating the impact of trainings and equipment demos as well as contributing towards the organization’s customer back innovation efforts.
