NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  The Vulcan Steam Equipment Survey Sweepstakes is a trade promotion (“Sweepstakes”) that begins on August 2, 2023 and ends on August 7, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Deadline”).  Entrants must be U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age or older, who are employed in a foodservice operation and subscribed to  Vulcan News & Updates promotional emails.  Anyone who is an ITW employee, board member, committee member, manufacturer representative for any ITW Food Equipment Group products or a family member thereof (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren included) may not enter or win. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sweepstakes sponsored by Vulcan, a division of ITW Food Equipment Group LLC, 3600 North Point Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21222 (“Sponsor”).

ENTRY: ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS IS PERMITTED. To enter, you must electronically complete the entry form and the required portions of the survey form located at https://forms.office.com/r/PqZb27fyyN by the Sweepstakes Deadline.  By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Information collected during the Sweepstakes shall be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy https://www.vulcanequipment.com/privacy-policy.  No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries, email or mail; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries will not be acknowledged or recognized, become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned to entrant.

DRAWING AND PRIZE: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Deadline. The drawing will take place on or about August 9, 2023. The winner will be notified within five (5) working days.

One winner will receive a $100 American Express gift card.  (Approximate Retail Value: $100). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor if prize becomes unavailable. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Additional restrictions on use of gift card may apply.  Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in trade promotions and may require permission from their employer to enter and win. Entrants should check with their employer for any relevant policies. By entering, participant represents that they have the permission and/or consent of their employer to enter the Sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner is subject to verification and compliance with Official Rules.  Moreover, winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 15 days of notification. Failure to return documents in a timely fashion, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible, disqualification may result with an alternate winner selected.  Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner or award prize, or for any late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts of winner to claim prize.  Further, by accepting a prize, the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or any inaccurate information associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any technical or human error which may occur during the Sweepstakes.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
