As the manufacturer’s rep for industry-leading foodservice equipment, smallwares, and tabletop manufacturers, Daly & DeRoma has been helping distributors, consultants and end users solve their equipment and supply needs for more than 40 years. Because Daly & DeRoma is a small business, it has been able to keep its physical offices up and running during the pandemic. This doesn’t mean it’s been business as usual. Dan shares how COVID has presented its share of obstacles, but also unveiled some exciting new opportunities.
