1.Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Vulcan, a division of ITW Food Equipment Group LLC (“Sponsor”), 3600 North Point Blvd. Baltimore, MD 21222, USA. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

2.Deadline: The Sweepstakes begins on December 8, 2023, and ends on December 14, 2023. To be eligible for the prize drawing, all entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM EST on December 14, 2023. 

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States or Canada who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence. Persons residing in other jurisdictions are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, retailers, advertising, promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4.To enter: To be considered an "Entrant" in the Sweepstakes, an individual must visit Sponsor's Instagram social media page and comment on the Sweepstakes post pursuant to the instructions provided on the post. Entries that meet the requirements included in these Official Rules are referred to herein as "Eligible Entries." The awarding of the Prizes, as defined below, is subject to the eligibility and forfeiture provisions set forth herein. Limit one entry per person.

5.Conditions: Participation constitutes Entrant’s unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Only eligible entries actually received by Sponsor before the Closing Date will be included in the Sweepstakes drawing. Any information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.itwfoodequipment.com/privacy-policy. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each Prize Winner gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, image, and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes, market research, and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Additionally, the winner will be provided with an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release that must be executed before any prize will be awarded.

6. Selection: The drawing will be held on approximately December 15, 2023. One (1) entry will be randomly selected by an authorized representative of Sponsor from all Eligible Entries received during the sweepstakes. "Prize Winners" to win the Prize defined below. Sponsor's decision will be final in all matters pertaining to the selection. Winner is subject to verification and compliance with Official Rules. An Entrant is not a winner of the prize until Entrant’s eligibility as a Prize Winner has been verified, Entrant has been notified that verification is complete, and Entrant has complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

7.Prize: Limit one per person. 1 $100 Visa gift card, 1 Vulcan Yeti (ARV: $140)

A representative of Sponsor will notify all potential Prize Winners via Instagram direct message or Facebook Messenger. If any potential Prize Winner does not respond to Sponsor within the 48-hour allotted time period, Sponsor will select an alternate potential Prize Winner, and the same process will be repeated until all the Prize Winners are contacted and all of the Prizes are awarded. Sponsor will bear the cost of delivery of the prize. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

8.Restrictions: All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of any prize, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (iv) late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to Winner. If a selected Winner is found to be ineligible for any reason, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes, or change any element thereof, at any time if tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or due to printing errors or other mistakes in the production of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person or entity who is in violation of these Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize.

THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

9. List of Winner: For identification of the Winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope by May 1, 2024 to: 2023 December Instagram Giveaway, Vulcan, 3600 North Point Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21222.
