What is the VCC Program?
The VCC Program is a free, hands-on training experience led by a Vulcan Certified Chef. It’s designed to help you learn and master your Vulcan equipment, from cooking to maintenance, with your staff in your kitchen. Trained VCCs will work with you on your menu to create real-world scenarios and streamline your workflow in real time, so you can maximize your investment from day one.
A Vulcan Certified Chef is an experienced culinary professional trained and certified by Vulcan to provide on-site training. Each VCC brings real-world kitchen experience and understands the demands of high-volume, professional cooking environments, offering practical insights on Vulcan equipment.
What really defines this program is the technical expertise each VCC brings to the table. Beyond culinary skills, they're trained to be experts on Chef'sCombi's recipe programming, mixed load cooking, cleaning systems, and more, so your team learns not just what the oven can do, but how to use every feature effectively.

How to Schedule Your Free Training
Ready for your training? Scheduling training is easy and convenient! Once your Chef'sCombi is delivered and installed, schedule your training here. You will be contacted by our VCC coordinators to plan the training. Once a VCC is assigned, they will work with you to find a convenient date and time for training and ask some questions about your operation to ensure the training is tailored to your needs.
