Restaurant Association (NRA) has named Vulcan’s VC5G Gas Convection Oven as a
recipient of the Kitchen Innovations® 2017 Award presented by the National
Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show®. The independent industry
panel recognized this innovative piece of kitchen equipment’s convenient, fully
removable doors and top ENERGY STAR® efficiency score.
