A: In addition to its removable dishwasher safe doors, the VC5 series convection oven requires minimal daily cleaning on the interior oven and exterior stainless steel. As with all stainless steel surfaces, avoid abrasion, hard water, and chlorides.

Q: Does the VC5 series commercial convection oven come with a warranty?

A: The VC5 comes with a three-year warranty on its doors, as well as a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. (A second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty is optional.)
